1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, logging in, subscribing, or using JobCardHub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

JobCardHub is a software platform for managing job cards, scheduling, technician workflows, customer signatures, photos, completed-job records, PDFs, and related administrative workflows for trade businesses.

3. Not a trade contractor

JobCardHub provides software only. We are not responsible for the trade work, workmanship, appointments, quotes, invoices, warranties, customer disputes, or service delivery of any business using the platform.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, user accounts, technician access, customer records, job cards, invoice references, and any information entered into the platform.

5. Authorised users

You must only give access to authorised users. You are responsible for activity performed under your business account, including office users, technicians, and administrators.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, abusive conduct, spam, unauthorised access, malicious software, security interference, or storing content that you do not have the right to process.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription or pricing plan. Billing, cancellation, refund, and failed-payment rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, maintenance, technical, or product reasons.

9. Data and backups

We take reasonable care with platform data, but users should keep their own important business records where legally or operationally required.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account breaches these terms, creates security risk, fails to pay where payment is required, or uses the service in a way that may harm the platform or other users.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JobCardHub will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, customer disputes, workmanship issues, or losses caused by incorrect data entered by users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
